Let’s create your new routine:
First, we’ll talk about your early childhood experiences and the habits, routines, + beliefs that were modeled for you as a child from ages 0-8.
Next, we’ll establish a baseline by diving into your current lifestyle: what is/isn’t working for you.
Then, we’ll identify what areas of your life would benefit the most from new routines and develop goals + actionable steps to get you there. For example changes in diet, exercise, sleep, time outside, play, stress reduction, developing an ikigai, etc.
Last, I will create tracking tools for you to stay accountable + we’ll schedule routine check-ins to help keep you on track.
