Let’s create simple routines for your family:

  • First, we’ll talk about YOUR early childhood experiences and the habits, routines, + beliefs that were modeled for you as a child from ages 0-8.

  • Next, we’ll establish a baseline by diving into your family’s current lifestyle: what is/isn’t working for the whole.

  • Then, we’ll identify what areas of your family’s life would benefit the most from some structure and develop goals + actionable steps to get you there. For example changes in diet, sleep, time outside, play, stress reduction, developing an ikigai, etc.

  • Last, I will create kid-friendly tracking tools for you to stay accountable + we’ll schedule routine check-ins to ensure that your family stays on track.
